Luciana Paoluzzi was born Rome and was raised in Rome by her parents. The father of her was Manlio Paoluzzi, who was an Italian soldier in the Army. Maria Rota Paoluzzi was one of Benito Mussolini's mistresses. There's no record of her having any siblings. Luciana graduated from a high school in the local area in 1955. She then was a student of naval engineering at Milan in the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana as the sole female of her class was the first to complete her studies. Within two years she launched her career as a model however that changed shortly afterwards when she was offered her first role in acting when she was visiting her father's best friend in Rome she had a very small two-line part in Three Coins in the Fountain and that was where it all started. Brett Halsey - an actor - was her first spouse. Following the wedding, in 1960 they made a movie together entitled Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana and Charles had a child who was named Charles 13 June 1961. But, they split up a year after the birth. Luciana then gained custody. Luciana and Tony Athony dated between 1962-1970. Tony Athony was a performer and producer who was inspired by Luciana's efforts on the movie Green Slime. Based on the film, he wrote and composed the Spaghetti Western hybrid that became famous.
